Virtual Lean Healthcare Training Certificate Program

Our Virtual Live Lean Healthcare Certificate program includes 5 weeks of  interactive, instructor-led sessions plus self-paced online training and homework assignments in between sessions and one on one coaching. This interactive program will translate lean strategies, methods, and tools and their application to achieve the Triple Aim of the nation’s health care reform efforts. This hands-on certificate program will emphasize planning and implementing improvement throughout the health care continuum including ambulatory and administrative processes, beyond the inpatient settings, using lean tools and methods such as Strategy Deployment, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Continuous Flow and Pull, and A3 Problem Solving. Upon completion, participants will receive a Lean Healthcare certificate (Certified Lean Healthcare Practitioner).
