Advance your operational excellence with the Certified Lean Practitioner Course—a comprehensive, self-paced online program that mirrors the full curriculum of our classroom training. Designed to build mastery in lean principles, this course features engaging audio-visual lessons, practical case studies, and direct application of tools that reinforce meaningful, measurable improvement.

Each participant will complete an A3 problem-solving project, applying lean methodologies to real-world challenges for a hands-on, transformative learning experience. Learners have access to experienced instructors for feedback, guidance, and support throughout the course. With flexible pacing and up to 12 months to complete the training, participants will graduate as Certified Lean Practitioners—equipped with a lean manufacturing certificate and 6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).
