90-minute executive session (facilitated)

- 0–10: Context framing
- 10–25: Maturity placement and architectural inflection point
- 25–65: Score the five dimensions (1–5) and capture rationale
- 65–75: Pattern recognition (alignment + divergence)
- 75–90: Architectural risk synthesis and next-step options
