Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (Blended Learning)

Green Belts play an important role in an organization’s overall Lean Six Sigma implementation strategy. The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program is designed for team leaders, problem solvers, data analysts, and project team members in manufacturing, service, and healthcare organizations. Designed to meet the most current challenges facing organizations today, this program will provide participants with people and technical skills needed to contribute to and lead DMAIC projects and improvement efforts.   Our blended-learning version includes three days of interactive live in-person training plus e-learning and coaching.  Watch our video to learn more and scroll down for course details and registration.

This program includes 3-days of live, in-person interactive training plus additional online learning.  Over a 3-day period, our Master Black Belt level instructor(s) will guide you through a series of course work, discussion, hands-on exercises, and simulations. You will learn how to apply major methodologies of lean six sigma beginning with foundational team leadership and facilitation skills and then the tools of the DMAIC (Define Measure Analyze Improve Control) process.  Certification requires the completion of a test and project in your own company – to reinforce the learning and achieve real results in your specific environment. This program results in a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt designation.  The program is accredited by the Council for Six Sigma Certification.
